Upon full payment for our services, you will retain full ownership and copyright of your book, manuscript, and associated materials.

A specific number of revisions will be included depending on the service purchased and outlined in your service agreement.
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional charges.

We will not disclose any information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.
We aim to complete projects within the estimated timeline

If significant delays occur, we will notify you and work toward a revised timeline.

Due to the customized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has started.
If cancellation occurs before work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued depending on the work already completed.

Geneva B LLC reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms or engages in unethical or abusive conduct.
In such cases, the client will be charged for all completed work up to the termination date.
